Has anyone been at the beginning of August?

We're planning another trip and there is a good chance we'll be heading down at the beginning of August 8) Has anyone been there that time of month and how busy is it? Thanks!

We normally go to Fla at the end of July, eg 20th, and leave abo mid August. I can tell you now, it is very busy. Alot of foreign tourists, mainly British, as the period is right in the middle of the British school summer holidays, thats why we go lol :D

Thanks for the info. We BOOKED the trip :) August 12 - 21! Parks are open till 10pm, which will be awesome... gotta love going on every outside ride at night.

First off, yea man, coasters at night time in the moon light, awooooooo, awesome!
Second, good planing, you come during the last week that Universal has that Lagoon Water ski and stuff show at IOA, and Universal 360 at USF. ;D

They had that 360 thing last year, but we leave the parks around 5, 6ish so have never seen any late shows etc,
Whats it like, heard its amazing!?
