Wayne Brady as a Ghostbuster?

I am 100% sure this is Wayne Brady. His dancing, movements are exact. I know he worked at Universal in the 90's.  Can anyone confirm this?

Wayne Brady was a Ghost Buster as well as Dracula at Beetlejuice Graveyard Review. I worked at Jaws in 93-94, and Wayne was a friend of mine. He mainly credits working at Disney, however, I do have several pictures of Wayne at Beetlejuice in full Drac costume. He was also working nights at Pleasure Island in the Comedy Club.
